Bolter Operator

JOB DESCRIPTION

Bolter operators will be responsible for installing roof bolts and mesh to ensure the roof and ribs are supported and safe for the workers and equipment to travel underground.

Requirements

Candidates must have excellent safety and attendance records. Must have a minimum of 1 year Roof Bolter Experience with a gas card.

MSHA Electrical, Mine Foreman, and Fireboss certifications are preferred, but not required.

Interested applicants must have up-to-date 32-hour training, be capable of regularly lifting 50 pounds and work rotating shifts and weekends as assigned.
